Imagine that you can eat Japanese food at home easily and create more free time than before. That is my "Japanese Hassle-Free dishes". If you take my classes, your imagination will become reality. I will guide you on how to cook Japanese Hassle-Free dishes and you can get hangs of Japanese cooking in my classes to arrange your dishes at home.  All foods I teach you are my Mom's recipe. Beef bowl / GYU DON

Beef and vegetables, Japanese style seasoned are covered over rice.

OKONOMIYAKI - Japanese Pizza

This is soul food for us! This is a kind of Japanese pizza or Japanese pancakes. It tastes crispy outside and fluffy inside.

Hamburger steak with Japanese style sauce

This hamburger steak is one with Japanese-style sauce that tastes light and healthy, with lemon flavor. Granted Japanese radish is usually served in Japan. This time, we use onions sold and seen anywhere.
