Rice ball is one of the traditional Japanese snacks and has been loved by Japanese people for a long time and is still loved by a wide range of generations.

Also, it is one of the versatile Japanese foods that can be used in a variety of situations from everyday life.

Well, this time, we are going to make a rice ball with a slightly different style.

How is it different?

  • It is made by wrapping instead of grasping it.

  • Instead of wrapping it in seaweed, wrap it in meat.

  • After shaping, sauté and dress it with sauce.

INGREDIENTS: for 1 person

◎ Meat-wrapped rice balls *Ingredients: 6 slices of your favorite meat (slices of pork rose meat are recommended), about 100 g of rice, cut green onions and sesame (for decoration) /Sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin ◎Dashi(soup-stocks) ~use for Tamagoyaki and Miso soup~ *Ingredients: water, dried kelp, katsuobushi(dried-bonito shavings) ◎Tamagoyaki *Ingredients: eggs /soup stock, sugar, salt ◎ Miso soup *Ingredients: carrot, radish, favorite mushroom 20g each /Soup-stocks, your favorite miso
