We'll be in my studio and cooking school, which has all of the equipment we”ll need to cook incredible dishes together.

How to join?

  1. Please read participation condition carefully and make sure the class schedule!
  2. Please click on the schedule you want to join and make the reservation.
  3. Please enter necessary items and complete the application.
  4. Continue, please complete payment on the payment page.
  5. Confirmation of the contents of the application, email for participation will be sent.
  6. Please gather at the classroom place on the day before the start time. Cooking class begins.

Teachers profile
Born and raised in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Sumiko is the youngest of five siblings. She was born and raised in Chigasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the youngest of five siblings, and started working in the kitchen at the age of 10 helping out with dinner. After getting married, she traveled to Guam, Thailand, Australia, Taiwan, and other countries, where she came into contact with the local cuisine and representative dishes of each country. She then decided to work as an izakaya manager while bringing Japanese food culture to foreigners! He then became a certified instructor of "Washo Cook," a general incorporated association of cooking schools for foreigners, and became active as an instructor mainly in Yokohama City, where his restaurant is located. She is active mainly in Yokohama City, where she has a restaurant, and is contributing to the creation of the local community. Her dream is to open a branch of an izakaya in New Zealand in the future and serve Japanese cuisine to the delight of customers.
