Maki-zushi
Sushi is a Japanese national dish. We will make Sushi-Roll.
As ingredients, Sashimi, other cooked fish meat and many kinds of vegetables are used. First, we make long Sushi-rolls with these fillings, and cut them into small round pieces. Sushi-Roll is seved on casual or important occasion , or on the parties that you invite your guests. Teachers profile
I am a homemaker living in Yachimata-shi, a rural area in Chiba Prefecture. I used to live Detroit, USA and in Singapore for 8 years for my husband work. Three of our children now have left home, and we live by ourselves. During our stay in America, I was busy in bringing up my kids, especially at the meal times. They sure were some big eaters. I made both Western and Japanese food. I always tried to make creative dishes using a lot of vegetables as well as meat to serve well balanced diet. I was happy to see my children eating with a big smile. Their happy faces were more valuable than anything else. They liked particularly Sushi such as Nigiri-zushi, Chirashi-zushi, Temaki-zushi, Temari-zushi, and Maki-zushi(Sushi-roll).
