Japanese breakfast class

Have you experienced a ‘Japanese breakfast’? If not yet, why don’t you come and join my class? I will help you have the special day starts with Japanese breakfast which will be one of the highlights during your stay in Japan! In my class we cook 5 dishes; Salmon teriyaki, Rolled egg, Grilled eggplant, Rice ball and Miso soup. Each dish is very popular in Japan and overseas. The lesson is designed for a wide array of people including beginning cooks, parents with children who want to learn about the basics of Japanese cooking, and you don't need to worry  about the levels of your cooking skills. Also the recipes will be given so that you can cook your favorite menu after going back to your place. My class is held at the cooking room of the public center located very close to the nearest station. You cab reach my class within 30 minutes from Shibuya or Shinjuku. I promise you that the lesson will be your memorable and unique experience in Japan. Hope to see many of you soon!

I launched the cooking class to teach foreigners the proper way to prepare Japanese breakfasts, the crucial start of a busy day! My family originally operated a Japanese restaurant and it might be the reason for my interest in cooking. In addition, I lived in London for a year and as an international sales representative for a cosmetic company, visited 30 countries, where I sampled cultures all over the world. These experiences inspired me to someday offer a cooking class for foreigners in Japan. Why breakfasts? My life really changed when married and had two children, forcing me to become an early morning person and expert at making tasty and nutritious breakfasts. I would love to share my skills with foreigners who want to make their own delicious Japanese breakfasts. Together let’s have a perfect day starts with Japanese breakfast!
