This Ramen is based on Tahini (sesame paste), Miso which is a very creamy soup and easy to cook. We make chili oil sauce with dry shrimp as a secret’s ingredients. We can adjust the spice level with you.

Any Noodle is Ok for this dish. This recipe can easily be adapted for vegans.

Highlights:

The chili oil sauce fit for another dish. like  just put the sauce  on the top chicken sauté or  add vinegar can be salad dressing. Everyone loved this sauce try this!! The sauce can keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks

Please prepare the following ingredients before this class:

For:Spicy Sesame Miso Ramen (serve per-person)

Gluten-free Noodle  3oz/90g  ,Ground Meat( turkey, pork or beef)  1/4Ib /120g  , Onion  1/4,Grind ginger, garlic 1 Tbsp , Water 2 caps , Chicken soup powder 1 Tsp Gluten-free Miso , Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp , Tahini  1 Tbsp , Sesame oil Tsp For; garnish Green vegetable  EX)Asparagus , Bok choy , Green onion

Chile oil sauce

For ; Chili oil sauce
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup, Sesame oil 3 Tbsps, chili pepper 2, Grind ginger, garlic 1 clove, green onion 5,
Dry shrimp 2 Tbsps.Sesame seed 2 Tbsps.
Corn or Potato chips 1 grab ( Salt flavor no other flavor)
Gluten-free Miso 1 Tbsp, Maple syrup or Honey 1 Tsps.,Gluten-free oyster sauce  1 Tsp ,
Cayenne pepper 1 Tsp

Pork cutlet:   4pc Pork (for cutlet) / 1 egg/ 1cup gluten free flour /
2cups gluten free Panko or corn chips/ salt and pepper / 4 cups cooking oil

MISO Sauce:   3Tbs Miso / 5Tbs Sugar / 2Tbs Sake (Japanese cooking wine) /2Tbs Mirin (Japanese sweet cooking wine)

Potato Salad:   4 Large  size Potato/ 1 medium  Onion / 1/4 English Cucumber/ 4 sliced Hum/ 1 egg /4Tbs Mayonnaise/ 2Tsp grated cheese/ salt and pepper
