In this lesson, we'll make Okonomiyaki. Okonomiyaki is a savoury Japanese pancake with a lot of cabbage, several seafood and some meat.

I'd like to ask you to prepare the ingredients and kitchen utensils in advance. Do not worry! All of the ingredients of Okonomiyami are easy to prepare. For details, we 'll contact you by email according to your needs(normal recipe, V or GF) after your booking. Thank you!

We'll be in my studio and cooking school, which has all of the equipment we”ll need to cook incredible dishes together.
