Enjoy making beautiful Ball sushi
First of all, we make dashi stock, the foundation of Japanese UMAMI, from scratch for dipping sauce of Tempra and Osumashi. Then we make beautiful ball sushi and Tempra. I will tell you about the origins of Temari sushi and other Japanese dishes or cooking. Let's make sushi and tempra with fun and eat deliciously!
