Hamburger steak with Japanese style sauce

This hamburger steak is one with Japanese-style sauce that tastes light and healthy, with lemon flavor. Granted Japanese radish is usually served in Japan. This time, we use onions sold and seen anywhere.

Please prepare the following ingredients for this class: -
Minced pork( you can use minced beef only) - Minced beef- Onion - Carrot- Egg- Salt- Pepper- milk (or soy)- Panko crumbs(bread crumbs)- Oil- Lettuce- Tomato-Mushrooms- Ginger- Garlic- Sugar-SoySauce- MIRIN-SAKE(or wine or water)- Lemon juice( or vinegar)
