Japanese dashi mild vegetable curry

This  is a very mild wafu dashi curry  and can be eaten by children to adults. And also you can intake a lot of  vegetables. It is more like a sauce that goes with Japanese steamed rice. Surprisingly, it isn't well known although curry is one of the national dishes in Japan. First, I make dashi soup stock which is made from Konbu and katsuobushi called Wafu dashi. This soup stock (dashi soup) is very convenient. You can use it for miso soup,  and etc. You can use it to make curry and also make any kinds of curry like meat, seafood or what ever you like. You can also adjust the hot flavors too.
