Pastry Flour - starch- Egg - Potatoes Chips - TOFU - Sliced pork (or beef/seafood/chicken– Bonito flakes - NORI seaweeds - AOSA seaweeds - Mayonnaise- TONKATSU Sauce - Onion – Green onion –Oil -MIRIN- Soy sauce – Sugar – SAKE (Japanese alcohol) – Water – Japanese DASHI soup stock
