Online Soy-sauce Ramen and Char-siu pork

Welcome to this online syoyu ramen making experience from Nagoya City, which is located in the middle of Japan.

Shouyu ramen is the oldest and most popular ramen for Japanese people.
You can enjoy the deliciousness of homemade soup.
We will also make char-siu roast pork and seasoned boiled egg that are especially popular as topping.

Inclusions:
1.5 hour online class recipe (will be provided before the class)

Exclusions:
Ingredients for creating your own dishes and cooking tools.

Meeting Point and Meeting Time:
This cooking class will be held online. I will send you the ZOOM for our class in advance.

Please prepare following ingredients for this class:
Ramen soup: chicken drumette, dried sardines, shiitake mushroom, dried shrimps, kelp3cm, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt
Char-siu pork: boneless pork belly, boiled egg, garlic, ginger, sake, sugar, soy sauce,
Ramen: ramen noodles, green onion, soy-sauce, sesame oil, pepper
