Online Gluten-free Sushi Rolls

Welcome to this online  the world's first  "Gluten-Free Sushi Roll" cooking class  At first, we 'll make broth which is made by konbu kelp. Then we'll cook rice in a pot and make gluten-free vinegar dressing  for sushi rice. Mix the broth, rice-vinegar(or apple vinegar,  sugar and salt.  After we'll make egg omelet.  Using seasonal ingredients and egg omelet for  making gluten-free  sushi rolls.  I’ll explain the ingredients and gluten-free   seasonings, share cooking tips, and provide step-by-step instruction on how to make everything with a bamboo rolling mat to sushi roll.  It's a complicated and time-consuming task, but I want you to enjoy and learn so that you can do it yourself.

Follow along with a detailed demonstration from me, online instructor and  enjoy to make sushi rolls.                                                                                                             2. Use a bamboo rolling mat "makisu".                                                                                 3. Make sure that the soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi paste do not contain   wheat.                                                                                                                                                 4. This cooking class will be held online. I will send a zoom invitation  by  mail with recipe attached.
Please prepare the following ingredients for this class:
When Making  sushi roll, wrap seaweed on the outside and rice on the inside. The ingredients are egg omelet, carrot, cucumber, and shitake mushroom.
INGREDIENTS for sushi rolls : Serve 1 person
・0.5cu p Rice (or 165 g cooked rice)
・1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar(or apple vinegar) ,1/4Tbsp Sugar,  1 pinch of Salt
・1 sheet Seaweed sheet
・1/4Carrot,   1/4Cucumber,  1 piece Shitake Mushroom,1 egg for egg omelet
     (1Tbsp.Umami broth, 100ml water, 1Tbsp. Gluten-free soy sauce,
      1Tbsp.Sugar, 1Tbsp.Mirin)

In my class, we will do my best to prevent allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, buckwheat, crab) so that participants with food allergies can enjoy their meals safely and securely. We are working on a response. In face-to-face classes, because cooking is done in the same kitchen as other menus, and because the dishwashing equipment is the same as other menus, trace amounts of other allergens are present during the processing or cooking process. There is a possibility of mixing. If you wish to have a face-to-face class and have severe food allergic symptoms, we may not be able to offer you a tasting. Thank you for your understanding. Before booking classes, please contact the instructor in advance.

Hi, this is Reiko Yoshida. I' m a certificated gluten-free cooking and baking instructor. I love cooking and meeting with people from all over the world. I have friends who are celiac. I take gluten-free seriously as a gluten-free expert. The goal of my class is to "create an opportunity to enjoy Japanese food at home ", so I always try to teach some professional tips using my knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
