海岸ラインはぐるっとウォーキングコースになっていて、海沿いにはラグーン、緑豊かな公園が整備されていて地元のオージーがゆっくりのんびりする観光地になっているそうです
〇オーストラリアに住んで１４年。息子のバースデーケーキ作りをきっかけにお誕生日ケーキやパブロバ作りに夢中になり、パブロバアーティストとして販売などもしています。
また、現地の生活の中で改めて日本の食文化の素晴らしさに気づき、子供の頃から和食を取り入れることで健康な体をつくるお手伝いがしたいと、和食を取り入れたスクールランチボックスクラスを開講。和食を通してオーストラリアと日本の架け橋となるべく活動されています。
メニュー：ソーセージロール／ラミントン
ソーセージロールはオーストラリアのパーティー料理の定番です。 パイシートを使って手軽にできます。ラミントン とは、 四角状に切ったスポンジケーキを伝統的なチョコレートソースでコーティングし、乾燥ココナッツをまぶして作られ、私の住んでいるオーストラリア・クイーンズランド州発祥のデザートです。 ～材料はご自身でご用意ください。事前にレシピをお送りします。～
