Teachers profile
Hi! Welcome to my online cooking experience! I’m Izumi. Once I lived in Virginia, USA for two years when my kids were small. The elementary school where my son went had so many international students from over 70 countries, and I cooked Japanese foods in the school festival. The memories I had there through exchanging cultures and cooking were amazing! Now I live in suburban Tokyo area. I have a qualification for the Japan association of cooking for foreign peoples, and teach them Japanese cuisine. I maintain my cooking class where I teach Japanese Oshi-sushi cooking classes and vegan & vegetarian meal with Japanese ingredients classes on face to face basis in my kitchen. My class members enjoyed so much. Now I’m offering my cooking class online, and I hope more guests to enjoy attractive Japanese culture and cuisine (Washoku) through this online cooking experience. How about enjoying Washoku cooking together?
