Teriyaki (TERIYAKI) is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.

- Salt and pepper しお&コショウ

- Breadcrumbs パンコ
- 5 tablespoons
- *Sugar さとう
- 2 tablespoons
- *Soy sauce しょうゆ
- 1 tablespoon
- *Sake さけ
- 1 tablespoon
- *Mirin みりん
- 3 tablespoons
Direction
- Knead minced meat well with salt and pepper.
とりのひきにくにシオ・コショウしてよくもみこむ。 - Heat chopped onions for 2 minute with microwave.
Then cool down it.
たまねぎをみじんぎりにしてレンジで2分ぷんかねつする。 - Put breadcrumbs and a egg , chopped onions then knead them well until it became sticky.
1に“パンこ”“たまご”とあらねつがとれた、たまねぎを入れ、ねばりけがでるまでこねる。 - Round to a mouthful size and bake them with frying pan both side until it become browning.
ひとくちサイズにまるめてフライパンでりょうめんをこんがりやく。 - Mix* of seasonings in the pan and bake them until remove liquid
* のタレをいれて、しるけがなくなるまでやく。
