chicken thighs cut a bite sized

Salad oil for frying

* Saltしお
0.5 teaspoon
* Sakeさけ
1 teaspoon
* Soy sauceしょうゆ
1 teaspoon
* Pepperこしょう
3 shakes
* Granted garlicにんにく
2 clove
* Dashi powderだしこ
1 teaspoon


  1. Cut chicken into bite size then put it into a bowl.
    * All seasonings into a bowl, then rub a chicken. Place 10 min into the refrigerator.
  2. Add flour into a bowl, then combined well for prevent the oil hopped, then put Potato starch and rub it again.
  3. Pour a oil into a pan, heat the oil to 170-180 C.
  4. Fry for about 5 min, the chicken is getting light golden color.
    The oil temperature is keep going 170-180 C.(among the way, pick up crumbs to keep the oil clean.)
  5. Transfer the chicken onto the tray with kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
