Ingredients
- Chicken thigh
- 2 pieces
- Potato starch
- 2 tablespoons
- * Sugarさとう
- 2 tablespoons
- * Soy sauceしょうゆ
- 2 tablespoons
- * Sakeさけ
- 1 tablespoon
- * Mirinみりん
- 1 tablespoon
Direction
- Cut chicken into bite size and sprinkle potato starch evenly.
- Put vegetable oil (1/2 Tbsp) into a pan.
Saute chicken both side both side with until it become browned with lid. (around 6 min each side)
- Once through the heat into chicken, take off a lid then wipe off the excess oil with kitchen pater.
- Mix* of seasonings in the pan and saute them until remove liquid.
