Chicken thigh
2 pieces
Potato starch
2 tablespoons
* Sugarさとう
2 tablespoons
* Soy sauceしょうゆ
2 tablespoons
* Sakeさけ
1 tablespoon
* Mirinみりん
1 tablespoon


  1. Cut chicken into bite size and sprinkle potato starch evenly.
  2. Put vegetable oil (1/2 Tbsp) into a pan.
    Saute chicken both side both side with until it become browned with lid. (around 6 min each side)
  3. Once through the heat into chicken, take off a lid then wipe off the excess oil with kitchen pater.

  4. Mix* of seasonings in the pan and saute them until remove liquid.
