What’s Included In The Course
This is a hands on Roll-Sushi making class. You can learn the basic techniques to roll your own sushi rolls with authentic and authentic taste. Beginners are welcome as you can slowly and carefully learn how to cut and season ingredients , bake egg and roll sushi.
Part of the fun of the pilgrimage is to visit 88 locations over a total distance of 1400Km , and enjoy the cuisine that can only be tasted in that region. In Tokushima , the ingredients use local fish cutlet , and the vinegared rice use local sudachi. Heal your mind with Kukai and heal your body with authentic Japanese cuisine.
