What’s Included In The Course
Beef Sushi Rolls
Instead of seafood, we’ll use tender beef for these sushi rolls, seasoned with "Hida Sansho"—a unique Japanese spice produced right here in Hida Takayama. Enjoy the fresh, aromatic flavor! We'll also make the popular "Tamagoyaki" (Japanese rolled omelet) with added vegetables and use a bamboo mat to roll it into sushi.
Ramen
In Japan, each ramen shop has its own unique broth made with various ingredients over a long period. In this class, we'll teach you how to make delicious ramen quickly and easily, without spending hours.
Up to 6 participants are welcome.
Egoma Dumplings
We’ll start by grinding egoma seeds with a mortar and pestle to create a fragrant, sweet sauce. Then, we’ll prepare the dumpling dough, shape it into round balls, and skewer them before adding the sauce. The aroma of sweet, roasted egoma will make this treat even more delightful!
