About Class
- This is a cooking class for foreign residents in Japan who want to learn Japanese home-style meals. The lessons focus on simple, well-balanced Japanese family dishes.
- We cook healthy recipes that help postpartum moms recover and feel beautiful, and then easily adapt those dishes into appropriate meals for their babies.
- Our theme is “stress-free weaning.” We also share time-saving tips and show you how to use store-bought baby foods in a smart and practical way.
- Private home visits are also available, where we cook together in your own kitchen so you can practice in your everyday environment.(A home-visit private lesson is available for an additional 2,000 yen)
- Group lessons offer a friendly place to meet other moms raising children in Japan, share information, and make new friends.
