  • Miso Katsu: Deep-fried pork cutlet topped with a rich, sweet miso sauce — a Nagoya specialty.

📍 Location

My cooking class is held at my home in Toyota City, Aichi, in a quiet neighborhood called Josui.

🚃 Easy Access

There are two ways to get here:

  • From Nagoya: Take the Meitetsu Toyota Line to Josui Station.
     → Just 5 minutes on foot to my house.

  • From Ghibli Park or Toyota Museum:
     Take the Linimo Line to Yakusa, then transfer to the Aichi Loop Line to Homi Station.
     → I can pick you up at Homi Station (3 minutes by car).

From Seto：
Take the Aichi Loop Line  to Homi Station

You can easily join my class before or after visiting:

  • Ghibli Park: ~25–30 mins by train / 10 mins by car

  • Toyota Automobile Museum: ~30–35 mins by train / 15 mins by car

  • Seto City (famous for traditional Japanese ceramics): ~17mins by train / 30 mins by car
