You will make decorative sushi rolls based on your preferences whenever possible.
Enjoy creating beautiful and fun sushi designs.
Miso Soup from Scratch
Learn how to prepare authentic Japanese miso soup starting from making dashi (soup stock).
Japanese Sweet
We will make a light and fluffy Matcha Chiffon Cake together.

There is no need to make everything perfectly.
Please relax, have fun, and enjoy Japanese food culture in a warm home setting.

After the class, I will continue to support you so that you can recreate the dishes even after returning to your home country.
