What’s Included In The Course

This is a class for seasonal Bento-lunches made at home.

Japan has four seasons, and we enjoy seasonal dishes for each event such as cherry blossom viewing in spring, Tanabata in summer, autumn leaves in fall, and New Year's in winter.

Ingredients used for bento are mainly traditional Japanese ingredients and fresh vegetables. Experience the charm of UNESCO registered Japanese cuisine.

The menu will include seasoned rice, tempura, chicken teriyaki, grilled fish, and other seasonal ingredients to be arranged in a bento box (*Please note that the menu is subject to change due to availability of ingredients). Using Japanese lacquerware, a traditional Japanese craft, you will become a great Japanese chef.
