🍲 Japanese Nourishing Dashi Soup Set 

  1. Healing Dashi Bowl   – Clear soup with seasonal vegetables and chicken tsukune in umami-rich first dashi                              
  2. Seasonal Vegetable Pickles with Shio-Koji     – Lightly pickled vegetables marinated in fermented rice seasoning
