◆Raw noodles 240g –2 Eggs – Cucumber – Carrot – Radish – Tomato - Lettuce - Corn - Kanikama - Ham (Salmon is also good)
※If you like cheese,please prepare cheese as well.
◆Soy sauce – Sesame paste (peanut butter)-Wasabi – Sesame - Sugar -Mayonnaise - Kelp
◆Sesami oil - Olive oil
It is a healthy ramen noodle that you can eat like a salad.
We can make it by taking in your favorite vegetables.
We use the basic "Dashi" of Japanese cuisine for the sauce, and make two kinds of Japanese sauces with different tastes.
I'll give you tips and toppings on how to make ramen salads in Japan Hokkaido through an online video chat platform.
We use fresh seasonal ingredients.
