This Ramen is based on Tahini (sesame paste), Miso which is a very creamy soup and easy to cook. We make chili oil sauce with dry shrimp as a secret’s ingredients. We can adjust the spice level with you.
Any Noodle is Ok for this dish. This recipe can easily be adapted for vegans.

Highlights:

The chili oil sauce fit for another dish. like  just put the sauce  on the top chicken sauté or  add vinegar can be salad dressing. Everyone loved this sauce try this!! Gluten-free Noodle  3oz/90g  ,Ground Meat( turkey, pork or beef)  1/4Ib /120g  , Onion  1/4,Grind ginger, garlic 1 Tbsp , Water 2 caps , Chicken soup powder 1 Tsp Gluten-free Miso , Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp , Tahini  1 Tbsp , Sesame oil Tsp For; garnish Green vegetable  EX)Asparagus , Bok choy , Green onion
