フランス西部コニャック地方の伝統家庭料理
新米駐在妻。フランス南西部のコニャック在住。
東京生まれ。2022年に渡仏。在仏1年目の新米駐在妻。5歳と3歳、2児の母。小さい頃から母が作る家庭料理が大好きで家庭料理が何よりも大好きだった。大学では、栄養学を専攻し、管理栄養士、栄養教諭の資格を持つ。卒業後は酒類製造会社に就職し、食事にお酒を合わせることで更に美味しくなること感動し、料理の幅をひろげる。
現在はフランスの田舎で暮らしながら、地元の食材を使い日本の家庭料理教室の開講を準備中。
