Visit local fishshop & make beautiful Ball sushi
Afte I pick you up, we go to local fish shop to get fresh ingredients for Sushi. And then we make dashi stock called DASHI, the foundation of Japanese UMAMI, from scratch for dipping sauce of Tempra and Osumashi. Then we make beautiful ball sushi with fresh ingredients and Tempra. I will tell you about the origins of Temari sushi and other Japanese dishes or cooking.
