Teachers profile
My name is Yuko. I live at Oji in Tokyo. This is the only area in Tokyo where you can see trams running through the town. There is a Japanese-sweets store near my place and one of their traditional sweet rice cakes called “Toden Monaka” is quite popular. It is so nice. I love traveling, eating, and cooking. “What you eat shows how you live.” This is what I found while I was learning about cooking. I also learned that fermented food is one of the healthiest foods we should always have. I like Miso, the Japanese fermented soybean paste and I’d like to introduce some special foods cooked with miso to the world. <Qualification> Dietician, G-veggie macrobiotic certified instructor, WASHO Cooke certified instructor
